Innovation International Consulting Research Institute Wins "Outstanding Project Award" at 2025 Yazhou Bay Sci-Tech City Achievement Transformation Roadshow

On April 8, during the 2025 Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City Achievement Transformation Project Roadshow hosted by the Sanya Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City Administration, the Hainan Green Kumquat Full-Industry-Chain Scientific and Technological Achievement Transformation Cooperative Demonstration Project, submitted by the Sanya Yazhou Bay Innovation Technology International Consulting Research Institute Co., Ltd. Technology Empowers Green Kumquats, Building a "Full Industry Chain"

As a tropical specialty agricultural product, Hainan Green Kumquat is a vital symbol of Hainan’s culinary culture. However, its industrial development has long faced challenges such as insufficient standardization in cultivation, weak deep-processing technologies, and low market value-added.

Leveraging the scientific research advantages of Yazhou Bay’s "Southern Breeding Silicon Valley," the Innovation International Consulting Research Institute collaborated with the Sanya Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences and Hainan Banana Future Agricultural R&D Center Co., Ltd. to create a demonstration model driven by "technology + industry," covering cultivation, harvesting, processing, and sales:

• Cultivation Phase: Development of disease-resistant, high-yield new varieties and promotion of digital planting management systems to increase per-acre yields.

• Processing Phase: Innovation in low-temperature extraction and bio-enzymatic hydrolysis technologies to develop high-value-added products such as NFC concentrated juice, functional beverages, and natural preservatives.

• Market Phase: Establishment of a "geographical indication + branding" marketing system, integrating industrial and cultural tourism resources within Yazhou Bay Sci-Tech City and expanding domestic and international sales channels through online platforms.

As a judge at the roadshow, Huang Fen, General Manager of Mystar (Hainan) Consulting Services Co., Ltd., stated that her team would continue collaborating with the project team to provide comprehensive support in execution, business model optimization, talent development, and market resource integration.
